Regular individual coaching is the fastest and most effective way to improve your business. You will meet with your Licensed Professional Business Coach on a regular basis, either in person, via phone, or via Skype. Frequency of coaching depends on the particular plan (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) that makes the most sense for your business and your commitment. All packages start with a Compass Strategy Session with you and your coach meeting for a minimum of two (2) hours to start the relationship on a powerful note and to lay the foundation for where you want to get the most benefits for your business. Business assessments, such as DISC, a personal behavior style analysis for strengths and development, are also included and will vary in number depending on the plan selected. You will also have e-mail support between coaching sessions.

Similar with our business coaching packages, Companies have choices in different plans for executive coaching based on frequency and demand. Business assessments, including DISC, get the coaching relationship off to a great start between executive and coach, and e-mail support is included.

The Compass Business Academy provides coaching in a group format in a structured program, often for a specific number of sessions. Clients meet twice a month for 1½ to 2 hours, depending on the program and the size of the group. You will be able to work with others in a confidential setting to evaluate the state of your business, understand your unique leadership skills and styles, understand best business practices, brainstorm to solve problems, and see radical improvements in your business. Mastermind groups meet for one hour every two weeks at a designated location and time. Size of any group is limited so contact us for availability.

Business Effectiveness Evaluation (CBEE)

The Compass Business Effectiveness Evaluation (CBEE) is a tool to help business owners “grade” the effectiveness of their business and leadership in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service, human resources, profit margins, financial management, and work/life balance. It is one tool used in all of the personal coaching programs but can be added to other programs and workshops, or taken as a stand-alone in conjunction with a debrief session.

Similarly, the Compass Diagnostic Tool helps assess key characteristics of successful businesses and where a business may be lacking. It is included in all business coaching programs.

Fintel Financial Analysis Benchmarking

Fintel provides business owners with a comparison to other businesses in the key indicators of sales, costs, profits, employee productivity, and more. Used in conjunction with some of our coaching programs, it can also be done as a stand-alone analysis with a debrief meeting.
