This 28-day marketing program establishes a structured plan for getting more clients who receive on-going coaching to help achieve sales and marketing plans/goals. We are licensed facilitators for the Get Clients Now!™ program which is based on the best-selling book of the same name, written by well- known business coach C.J. Hayden. This program will help you determine where you are "stuck" in your marketing efforts and establish a specific and customized action plan focusing on specific marketing cycles and activities to help you get more clients in one month's time.

This fun and interactive program is held live at two locations each month in Tucson, Arizona, and a tele-class program will commence once per month. The live event is a two-hour seminar and class participants will receive three (3) 30-minute phone coaching sessions (once per week for three weeks) after the live event to help implement the marketing program over the 28-day cycle. Each participant will receive the Get Clients Now!™ book  in addition to program materials.

The Compass Energy Leadership Development Signature Program offers a structured 16+ weeks of coaching and mentoring, with 12 modules that can be prioritized to the preference of the attendee. Clients of this program will take an online assessment that determines where their level of energy is resonating in 7 specific parameters – either catabolically (negative energy) or anabolically (positive energy). Prior to starting any module, clients will receive a thorough hour-long debrief of their assessment and how this program can specifically help improve and strengthen their levels of energy and ultimate success in business and life. Materials/Workbooks are included. The program is based on scientific principles and can only be provided by those coaches who have completed a thorough training program through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and have earned the title of Energy Leadership Master Practitioner™.

Materials are included. This program is delivered strictly via phone or skype. The Compass New Money Story Signature program is just that – Coaching and Mentoring to enable you to build a “New Money Story”. Money has so many meanings and issues in addition to the obvious, and many people will find a much higher level of success in their business and profession by uncovering the blocks and building new steps in their relationship with money. As with other Signature Programs, clients will have a structured format and will receive a Client Workbook to guide them through the process.
